The silicone fin is specifically designed for swimming in the pool and training the lower limbs.
The particular rubber used allows frequent use . The soft and comfortable structure that envelops the foot is supported on the blade by more compact material to give maximum effectiveness to the kick. It can also be used profitably for snorkeling and swimming in open waters, where the minimal dimensions of the blade facilitate entry and exit operations from the water.
