The Elastic with swimming training paddles is available in 3 different resistances which cover the range of a team’s needs, from children to professional adults. The elastic, approximately 130 cm long, has one end to which the paddles (13.2X15.2 CM) are attached and the other end, where the two elastics of the paddles join, ending in a slot durable nylon. You can attach the buttonhole to a suitable and resistant support, at the best height for performing a lot of exercises!
