€28,00
Conceived and designed by Swimxwin as a “School of Turn”, has had great success in the world of swimming and today also presents itself as a flexible and fundamental tool for learning infinite specific skills. The approach is playful, but the idea is innovative and supportive for the instructor and coach of aquatic disciplines, the Flipper transforms in a modular way into an aquatic gymnastics park or, as the creators of Swimxwin define it, into a real S.P.L.A.S.H. Area (Swimming Practice Leisure Active Self Hydrodynamics)

- Exercice 1: TURN (VIDEO) The fifth style and dolphin diving now represent an essential part of every swimmer's training, in this exercise the Flipper hooked to any point of the lane represents the obstacle to overcome after each turn. The particular structure and length of the Flipper does not create obstacle for the swimmer who advances towards the wall. It is the indispensable tool in pre-competition when the tool is placed at a variable distance from 4 to 7 meters from the edge, but also for high performance groups, bringing the distance to 10/14 meters and forcing the athletes to undertake long and repeated dives every training! The constant and daily use of 2 Flippers positioned on one side of the lane and on the other will guarantee clear progress in the performance of your swimmers.
- Exercice 2: START (VIDEO) The particular junction to the lanes and the transversal rod allow the Flippers to stand firmly vertically. This allows you to build easily a structure (see the the drawing) which, positioned at the choosen distance, represents an obstacle to be overcome in the aerial phase after the dive, forcing the swimmer himself to follow the aerial trajectory that the technician identified by its characteristics. The polyethylene transversal rod is ductile and safe and does not create any problems even in the event of an impact. Your swimmers will discover a fun new game and at the same time learn fundamental skills for starting from the block!
- Exercice 3: SLALOM (VIDEO) By positioning two or more Flippers lying in the water at a variable distance (3/5 m) one at the right and the other at the left of the lane, you will be able to form a slalom course to be overcome by swimming. An unusual opportunity for the swimmer who will have to adapt and substantially modify his attitude in the water to overcome the course fluidly and quickly. Your students will discover a new fun game and at the same time learn important coordination skills.
- Exercice 4: UNDERWATER (VIDEO Placing two Flippers in front of each other creates a surface obstacle that must be overcome, interrupting the regular swim, with a short dive. Obviously the underwater experience will be longer the more Flippers are positioned in this way. A simple idea for another unusual occasion for the swimmer who will have to adapt and substantially modify his position in the water to overcome the obstacle fluidly and quickly. Your students will discover a new fun game and at the same time learn important coordination skills.
- Exercice 5: ABYSS (VIDEO) (VIDEO UNDERWATER) By applying two 50 cm rods in the appropriate holes and the "Abyss" panel under the Flipper the underwater will be 60 cm deep. Forces the transition from swimming to deep diving using dolphin legs. A simple game, ideal for training in all aquatic disciplines that will arouse great interest in swimmers.
- Exercise 6: PEARL DIVER (VIDEO ) The "Pearl Fisherman" is a fun and challenging game. The Flipper is positioned normally and a 50 cm, rod is inserted into the appropriate hole. Below, on the bottom of the pool, the diving rings, i.e. the self-sinking rings, are allowed to sink. The swimmer will interrupt his swim to dive, collect one or more rings which he will then deposit on the surface of the Flipper. A simple idea for another unusual occasion for the swimmer who will have to adapt and substantially modify his position in the water to reach the goal quickly. Your students will discover a new fun game and at the same time learn important coordination skills
- Esercizio 7: OPEN WATER (VIDEO) By setting up two Flippers vertically with the "Open Water" panel you can easily recreate a finish board for open water races, both for swimming and triathlon. The exercise can simply be understood as a fun closing of a circuit done with Flippers but above all as a fundamental phase of technical training for the cross-country swimmer. In fact, very often these races are resolved with the final touch, a particular motor action that is often underestimated in training.
